1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of "GetCachely" and backpocketsystem.io. "We" refers to BackPocket System, a business name of Big Boss Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 77632264236), Sydney, Australia.

2. Permitted Use (Personal Archiving)
GetCachely is a utility for personal archiving of content you have legally purchased. You agree NOT to use this software to:

• Download DRM-protected content (e.g., Netflix, Udemy).
• Redistribute, resell, or pirate copyrighted material.
• Circumvent access controls on sites you do not have permission to view.

3. Liability
We provide this software "as is". You assume full responsibility for complying with the Terms of Service of the websites you visit.

1. Data Collection
The GetCachely desktop app processes data locally on your machine. We do NOT see or store the videos you download.

2. Verification
To prevent piracy, the app sends your License Key and a hardware ID to our merchant provider (Lemon Squeezy) for validation upon launch.

1. 30-Day Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days if the software does not work on your machine and support cannot resolve the issue.

2. License Revocation
Upon refund, your License Key is immediately disabled. The software will cease to function on all devices.

1. Grant
We grant you a revocable, non-transferable license to use GetCachely on one (1) computer per license key.

2. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license without notice if you are found redistributing the software or using it for piracy.
